Overview

Use the Shasta provider portal to access reports, API settings, and customer-specific workflows. Account permissions determine which areas of the portal you can view and manage.

Accessing your account

Sign in to the Shasta provider portal. If you do not have access, ask your organization administrator or Shasta Health support to invite you.

Where account setup fits

  • Portal access controls who can sign in and use Shasta Health tools for your organization.
  • Reports access determines who can review ticket and call reporting.
  • API setup belongs in the API section of these docs because API keys and webhooks are used for integrations.
