Overview
Use Search to quickly find patients and tickets across your site. Open Search from the Shasta provider portal sidebar, or go directly to app.shasta.health/provider/global-search.Searching across patients and tickets
- Open Search.
- Type a patient name, phone number, email, or ticket title.
- Review results in the Tasks and Patients sections.
- Click a result to open the ticket or patient record.
Understanding results
The Tasks section shows matching tickets. Results include the ticket title, status, and created date. The Patients section shows matching patient records. Results include the patient name, phone number, and email when available. If more results are available, click Load More Tasks or Load More Patients.Tips
- Search by ticket title when you know the workflow you are looking for, such as insurance, fax, or calls.
- Search by patient phone number when a caller or message thread does not have a clear patient name.
- Open the patient result when you need the broader patient context instead of a single ticket.
